Nvidia releases Game Ready 375.70 drivers for Titanfall 2, Skyrim Special Edition

Nvidia is back with another set of "Game Ready" drivers prepped and primed for today's Titanfall 2 release. The newest release, version 375.70, is the third set intended in part for the Titanfall sequel, as the initial release was yanked due to a bug.
That was version 375.57, a WHQL release that brought along a few annoying bugs. Some users who installed the driver complained that it was causing some Windows Store apps to crash, messed with their ability to drag and drop Start menu tiles, and other quirks. Nvidia pulled the driver the following weekend and replaced it with 375.63.
Now here we are on the day of Titanfall 2's launch and Nvidia has a new driver package. In addition to being optimized for Titanfall 2, it also includes optimizations for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition, Obduction, and Dishonored 2.
Though Nvidia squashed the previous bugs users were complaining about, there are still some known issues. A dozen of them pertain to Windows 10, while eight others are spread across Windows 7 through Windows 8.1.

Top PC Games Of All Time

Top PC Games Of All Time

Some of the most successful action game franchises started out on PC. Just look at Battlefield and Call of Duty. Both started out on PC and are now some of the biggest multi-platform franchises.
Infinity Ward and Activision launched WWII shooter Call of Duty in 2003 on PC, but it wasn't until the Xbox 360 port of the sequel in 2005 that the world seemed to sit up and take notice. Similarly, Battlefield 4 was used as an example of what the new generation PS4 and Xbox One were capable of, yet the series began back in 2002 with Battlefield 1942.
Of course since the early part of the 21st century PC graphical grunt has increased exponentially, giving rise to not only great gameplay, but stunning visuals to match. You'll also often find that the PC versions of multi-platform titles benefit from added effects – Batman: Arkham City, Tomb Raider and Mirror's Edge are examples of titles which look way better on PC.
